He was predeceased by: his wife Twyla M. Kelly. He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Kelly and Mavis Kelly; his daughters, Viann, Victoria and Katherine; and his sister Jean Ann. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
