He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Catherine; and his brothers, James and Michael. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Clare Pitera (Dave), Craig (Lisa), Paula Dorner (Gary), Kevin (Salli) and Scott; his grandchildren, Dr. Morgan Byer (Spence), Garrett (Ingrid), Joseph Dorner, Patrick, Gabrielle Pitera, Emily Dorner, Alixandra, Kaylie Dorner, Cavin Pitera, James and Timothy; and his sisters-in-law, Joann and Sandy.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Church of St. Patrick (3535 72nd St E, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076).
Memorials preferred to Guiding Star Wakota Life Care Center or St. Patrick's Church.
