It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Lee Marie Pelland of International Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Brekke and Lois Brekke; her sisters, Margie Brekke, Debbie Gushulak (Melvin) and Terri Johnson (John); her parents-in-law, Elizabeth Schaak and Bud Pelland; and her siblings-in-law, Lois Brekke (Jerome), Kay Pelland (Buddy), Frank Youso (Evelyn) and Sandy Willet (Roy).
She is survived by: her husband Ron Pelland; her sons, Dean Pelland and Jon Pelland (Lisa); her grandchildren, Shane Ness (Jani), Maria Pelland, Adam Pelland (Brittny Udovich), Jake Pelland and Bree Pelland; her great grandchildren, Taylor Ness, Darren Trevino, Allison Hutchenson, Abbi Hutchenson, Cooper Sperry, Atrius Cali and Arayna Pelland; her siblings, Jerome Brekke (Judy Tarras), Bob Brekke (Cathy) and Linda Braaten (John); and her siblings-in-law, Melvin Gushulak, John Johnson, Evelyn Youso, Buddy Pelland, Larry Willett (Karen), Roy Willett and Bill Schaak.
In place of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
