He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bishop and Esther Bishop; his brother Vernon Bishop; his in-laws, Robert and Mary Mathews; and his brother-in-law Steve Mathews.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Bishop; his children, Shawn Johnson (Chris) of Int'l Falls, Dawn Bulacan (Zac) of Anchorage, AK and Chad Bishop (Karen) of Int'l Falls; his grandchildren, Logan, Evan, Nathan Johnson, Malia, Ryan Bulacan, Jacob, Abigail and Ella Bishop; his sister Virginia Oswalt (Jim) of Wasilla, AK; and his siblings-in-law, Melody Bolin of Duluth, MN, Tim Mathews of Int'l Falls, Leonard Clark (Connie) of Int'l Falls and Neil Clark of Titusville, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
