It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Brian Tupper of International Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Karen Lu Pauline Tupper (Pullar) and Robert Lendall Tupper. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Tupper (Nathaniel); his grandchildren, Kato Councillor and Nova Councillor of Fort Frances; his daughter Bethany Tupper (Ryan); his granddaughter Isabella Julien of Int'l Falls; his son Mathew Tupper of Int'l Falls; his friend Raymond Porter Jr. of Int'l Falls; and his brothers, Rob Tupper (Kim), Ted Tupper (Rosita), Mike Tupper (Ann) and Roger Tupper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles; along with loving friends.
