He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Dexter and Dorothy Dexter (Lawson); his father-in-law Dennis Breiland; his son Shawn Dexter; and his grandson Sean Paul Dexter.
He is survived by: his significant other Little Sandy; his children, Shane Dexter (Kourtney Swanson), Katrinna Dexter, Kari Woods and Corinna Dexter; his daughter-in-law DeeAnn Dexter; his grandchildren, Christina, Teddy, Chris, Destiny, Dustin, Oliveah and Otto; his sisters, Linda Dexter Swann and Cindy Dexter Aiken; and his mother-in-law Ruth Brieland. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Elks Lodge #1599 (215 3rd St, International Falls, MN 56649).
