He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius "Fats" and Fedelia McDougall (Lagoo); and his siblings, Loren McDougall, Jake McDougall, Geri Colvin, Helen Young and Judy McDougall.
He is survived by: his children, Jason McDougall (Lisa Edwards) of Augusta, GA and Mindie White (Mark) of Longview, WA; his grandchildren, Mariah Cloke (Peyton), Zachary McDougall, Seth Christenson, Brayden Christenson and Brianna McDougall; his great grandchildren, Jimmy Cloke and Jay Cloke; his siblings, William McDougall of International Falls, Nick McDougall of International Falls, Eileen Metzler of Topeka, KS, Lou Nemitz of International Falls and Doris Elliot of Grand Rapids, MI; and his close friend Robin Ramquist.
