He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Scholler and Annetta Scholler (Windt); his son Brent Joseph Scholler; and his brothers, Vernon Scholler and Robert Scholler.

He is survived by: his wife Laureen "Laurie" Raboin; his sons, Rick Scholler (Dianne) of Oakville, IA, Rodney Scholler (Sherry) of International Falls and Ken Scholler (Angela) of International Falls; his grandchildren, Andrew Scholler (Mariah Sokaloski), Kaylee Scholler, Anthony Scholler and Brendyn Scholler; his stepgranddaughter Jessica Duchnicki (Zach); his great grandchildren, Hudson Jacob and Holton Paul Scholler; and his siblings, Annetta Julsrud (Tom) of Moorehead, MN, Bill Scholler (Maxine) of Weslaco, TX, David Scholler (Lorraine) of Surprise, AZ, Jack Scholler of Taylorsville, NC, Gerald Scholler (Arlene) of Glendale, AZ and Mike Scholler of Glendale, AZ.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
