She was predeceased by: her parents, John Johnson and Emma Johnson (Strand). She is survived by: her husband Val Cook; her children, Tim Cook (Linette), David Cook (Tammy Wood), Jack Cook (Tammy), John Cook (Beth) and Deborah Eikoff (Donald); and her sister Dolores Jacobson of Mahtomedi, MN.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
They later opened a bait, gas, and gift shop, and later a deer farm, which they ran until covid forced them to close.
