She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Chowan and Blanche Chowan; her sisters, Clara Hardy and Linda Oustad of International Falls; and her significant other Wayne "Butch" Lepper of International Falls. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and so many wonderful friends.
