She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Kurtz and Lydia F. Kurtz (Miller); and her brother James Kurtz (Harvey). She is survived by: her former husband William Westover; her husband Harvey Kennedy; her children, Keith Westover (Shelly), Janell Harris, Wendy Nyegaard (Curt), Karleen Westover (Dale Everett) and Billie Westover; her stepchildren, Kevin Kennedy (Cindy), Sherry Kennedy and Quen Kennedy (Kristi); her siblings, William Kurtz, Jr. (Deb), Phillip Kurtz (Marsha) and Marilyn Hulse (Cliff); and her siblings-in-law, Jack Kennedy (Joeleen), Ray Kennedy, Larry Kennedy (Rosanne), James Kennedy (Sandy Jo), Norma Ulrich, Daisy Westover, Lorraine Nelson, Shirley Halbrook, Ellen Ollikkala (Tom) and Iris Steinbach (Harvey). She is also survived by 36 grand-children; 26 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to COVID restrictions we are unable to have a luncheon at the church.
