He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frank and Eva Frank (Braford); his siblings, Billy, Don Frank and Karen Krueger; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Oliverson, Joy Frank, A. J. and Arline Carew.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his children, Cindy Hall (John) of Laguna Vista, Texas, Mike Frank (Diane) of Cloquet and Brian Frank (Sue) of International Falls; his grandsons, Andrew Frank of Superior Wisconsin and Nicholas Frank (Kristine Dahl) of Cloquet; his sisters, Janet Oliverson and Linda Mulkey (Don); and his brother-in-law Duane Krueger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
As family is mostly from out of town, please consider memorials in lieu of flowers to the First Baptist Church in Int'l. Falls, MN or the Littlefork Care Center.
