It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Ann in International Falls, Minnesota, born in Virginia, Minnesota, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Shoquist and Frances Shoquist; her husband Theodore St. Germain; her siblings, Raymond, Terry Shoqust and Janice Shoquist; and her siblings-in-law, Leona Shoquist, Julie Shoquist and Freeman Krienke.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Withrow and Blayne St. Germain (Gail); her grandchildren, Nicole Anderson, Rachel Hughes (Jeramy), Tyler Withrow, Theo St. Germain (Angelica) and Ashley McDougall (Christopher); her sister Betty Krienke; her niece Melissa Ruelle (Philip); her nephews, Trace Bartlett and Troy Johnson (Tina); and her close friends, Elaine Grill and Darlene Tainter. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews; numerous great-grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter.
