He is survived by: his children, Charles Gregory Phillips III (Ann), Karina Kahealani McLellan (Rocky), April Marie (Joe), Charley Alyssa (Ashley), Vincent Ikaika and Lexi Kanani Phillips; his grandchildren, Chase Keikaliko, Caden Kale, Kiana Leinani, Keisha Mililani, Laci Leilani, Gianna Noalani, Savannah Keikilani, Oriannah Keilani, Luka Keahilani, Paislee Jean and Elliannah Ailani; his siblings, Michael Phillips (Barb), Kathy Tamara and Larnette "Dukie" Doi (Bill); and his sister-in-law Joyce Self. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
