Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Cecile Readman of International Falls, Minnesota, who passed away at the age of 86, on July 11, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Mongrain and Eva Mongrain; her husband Elmer Chovan; her siblings, Gerald, Leo, Arthur Mongrain and Mary Ann Winter; and her nephew Christopher Winter.
She is survived by: her brother Paul Mongrain.
