She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent "James" Kulinski and Victoria "Dora" Kulinski (Smykalski); her former husband Willard Prieve; her husband Cliff DeBlock; and her siblings, Adeline Thies, Violet Mondry, Gertrude Buske, Leo Kulinksi and Mary.
She is survived by: her daughters, Norine Prather (Philip) and Pauline Kasal; her grandchildren, Brendan, Marshall Prather, Daniel (Kasal), Caleb Castle, Joseph, Hannah and Lauren Kasal; and her sister-in-law Charlotte DeBlock (Norman Phillips). She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
