He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Jean and Jerry Vaugn Plieseis; his brother Dale; his aunt Ehtel; his uncle Fil Robinson; his cousin Adam Copeland; and his pet Baxter.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his son Troy (Amanda); his stepchildren, Michael (BreAnn) and Samantha (Ryan); his grandchildren, Kaden, Addy, Hadley, Chloe, Jaxton, Carson and Colton; his former wife Donna Teicher; his siblings, Jerry, Larry and Jean Marie (Mitzy); and his nieces and nephews, Logan, Garren, Melinda, Matt and Christina. He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
