He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Odin Nygaard and Lucille Nygaard (Jones); his wife LuAnne Nygaard of Hutchinson, MN; his children, Jeff Nygaard (Connie) of Hutchinson, MN and Jackie Burns (Curt) of Stewart, MN; his grandchildren, McKale Nygaard (Nicole), McCoy Nygaard, Emily, Andrew and Matthew Burns; his brother Ken Nygaard (Donna) of Lindsay, OK; his siblings-in-law, Bernard Zajicek (Joyce) of Silver Lake, MN and Carol Nygaard of Glencoe, MN; his son Todd Nygaard; his siblings, Wally Nygaard, Joyce Gustafson (Gary) and Jane Nygaard; his sister-in-law Dorothy Ulness (Don); his niece Jonie Nygaard; and his son-in-law Jason Steffensen. He was also cherished by Many nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
