She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Ely and Lela Ely (Smith); her husband Roger O'Malley; her siblings, Marian Nyberg, Mildred Grice, Lola Norris, Willis Ely, Eugene "Bud" Ely and Harry Ely; and her grandson-in-law Hudson Madsen.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Bjork (Byron) of Hutchinson, MN, Molly O'Malley of Hutchinson, MN and Allen O'Malley of Hutchinson, MN; her grandchildren, Christopher Bjork (Jill), Gregory Bjork (Jenna), Timothy Bjork (Daphane), Abby Albrecht (Josh), Zachary Markgraf (Rachel), Emily Markgraf (Jesse Van Nurden) and Carlie Madsen (Clayton Moore); her great grandchildren, Stanley Bjork, Juniper, Roderick, Eloise, Everleigh and Bridger Bjork; her grandchildren, Kirsten, Braeden, Eli Albrecht and Willow Markgraf; and her sisters-in-law, Elsie Ely of Cleveland, MN, Alice Ely of Cleveland, MN and Ardis Ely of Cleveland, MN. She is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dobratz-Hantge Funeral Chapel (899 MN-15, Hutchinson, MN 55350).
