He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Hawker and Mildred Hawker (Flitter); his parents-in-law, Lester Gilbertson and Gladys Gilbertson; his siblings, Wayne Hawker and Judith Hawker; his sister-in-law Sharon Lewis; and his granddaughter Kaitlin May.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Hawker of Hutchinson, MN; his children, Victoria Powell (James) of Houston, TX, Steven Hawker (Holli) of Chanhassen, MN and Karla McGraw (Michael) of Hutchinson, MN; his grandchildren, Michal Hawker, David Hawker, Jesse Hawker, Hannah Touchette, Erin Hawker, Maddie Hawker, Nora Kohli, Riley McGraw, Christopher Powell and Oskana Powell; his great grandchildren, David Burns-Hawker, Clayton Powell, Berit Hawker, Burke Hawker, Joseph May, Callier May, Maren Kohli and Millie Kohli; his sister-in-law Ruth Hawker of Waseca, MN; and his sister Phyllis Visher (Charles) of Park Rapids, MN. He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Lutheran Church (1040 S Grade Rd SW, Hutchinson, MN 55350). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
