He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Allen and Florence Allen (Johnson); his daughters, Lori Allen of Merriam, KS, Pam Pieters (Jon) of Farmington, MN and Anissa Parsons (Jeff) of Apple Valley; his grandchildren, Nicole Parsons, Jaden Parsons and Lindsey Pieters; his brother-in-law Roy Wagner; his nephew Mark Wagner (Karen); his niece Julie Petersen (Mark); his sister Anita Wagner; and his grandparents, Silas and Florence Allen.
