He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorraine Mickolichek (Karels) and Thomas A. Mickolichek. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Mickolichek (April), Chelsey Gernentz (Josh), Tyler Mickolichek, Blake Mickolichek (Cori), Brooke Mickolichek and McKenzie Mickolichek (Patrick); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Chase, Haeden, Zayla and Addisyn; his stepmother Karen Mickolichek; his siblings, Karen Wraspir (Russell Beck), Marilyn Smith (Jeff), Jim Mickolichek (Carol), Sue Comstock (Alan), Kris Olson (Jamie), Tammy Kottke (Mark) and Paula Hanson (Rick); his wife Jetti Mickolichek; the mothers of children, Julie and Jenell; and his close friends, Chris and Jim Neaton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
