He is survived by: his former wife Suzanne "Suzy" Copa; his children, Johanna Cummins of Superior, WI, Mary Cummins of Crystal, MN, Esther Cummins of St. Cloud, MN and Samuel Cummins of Fort Worth, TX; and his grandson Henry Moy. He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
