He is survived by: his wife Betty Schmidt of Hutchinson, MN; his children, Joey Schmidt (Shelly), Becky Jo Petersen and Ingred Stevens (Ken); his grandchildren, Kendra, Bryton, Hannah Schmidt, Carrie, Jeff Petersen and Kayleigh Stevens; his great grandchild Ashton Stevens; his stepsons, Ronald Sletten (Tanna) and Jeremy Sletten (Tanya); his brother Stanley Schmidt of Litchfield, MN; and his uncle Don Rasmussen (Irene) of Hutchinson, MN. He is also survived by 6 Step-grandchildren; 7 Step-great-grandchildren.
