She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Cook and Norma Cook (Boland); her husband Laverne Wylie; her brothers, John Cook, Harold Cook and Gerald Cook; her son-in-law Warren Siewert; her nephew David Cook; her great-nephew Nathan Cook; and her brother-in-law George Harapat.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Siewert of Hutchinson, MN, Heidi Furlong (Jeffrey) of Rogers, MN, Gretchen Binsfeld (Michael) of Hutchinson, MN and Douglas Wylie of Hutchinson, MN; her grandchildren, Keith Furlong (Alysa), Eleni Ellanson (Seth), Brett Binsfeld, Claire Binsfeld, Nicole Furlong and Skyler Siewert; her great grandchildren, Ember, Everett, Esther Furlong, Sawyer and Quinn Ellanson; her sisters, Sandra Harapat of Pease, MN and Carol E. Cook (Tom Steen) of Rochester, MN; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Sue McDougle of Florida and Carol Ann Cook of St. Michael, MN. She is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
