She was predeceased by: her father Gordon Balken; her son Bryant; and her husband Dan. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Balken; her siblings, Eva Haber (Bruce) and Gordy Balken (Angie); her brother-in-law John Finney (Maureen); and her niece Kristen (Daniel Harvieux). She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humboldt Methodist Church and the Cornerstone Pantry in Hallock.
