He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Sr. and Mickey. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his son Warren III (Sarah); his grandson Rocco; and his cousins, Richard, Barb and Tom. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donor's choice.
