He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Ryden and Ruth Ryden (Stewart); his brother Jerry; and his stepchildren, Sherry Swenson and Dean Heath.
He is survived by: his spouse Margy Swenson; his son Mary; his stepchild Lon Ryden (Brigette) of St. Louis, MO; and his grandchildren, Joy Baranowski of Hugo, MN, Mark Taylor (Kristina) of Milwaukee, WI, Wendy Clark (Dale) of Eau Claire, WI, Becky Swenson of Riverside, CA and Terry Swenson (Debbie) of Forest Lake, MN. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf or a charity of the donor's choice.
