He was predeceased by: his mother Blanche; and his father-in-law Eugene Emerson. He is survived by: his wife Tia; his children, Christopher (Ashley), Katie Hopp (Nicholas) and Zachariah (Christina); his grandchildren, Emerson, Ella, Lillian, Lucille, Ford and Francesca; his siblings, Cindy Hanna (Mark), Greg (Jean) and Nanci Flor (Tim); and his mother-in-law Jackie Emerson. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to a cancer research or support organization of your choice, or to the family to be donated in Rick's name to support other families finding themselves in their last days with a loved one.
