He was predeceased by: his father John; his former wife Ruth Nesvacil; his wife June Nesvacil (Romanik); and his half-siblings, Raphael "Bud" Slack (Naomi), John "Jack" Slack (Evelyn) and Marian Slack.
He is survived by: his children, Michael of Hugo, Kaytee (Tom) of Stillwater and Zani (Kimberley) of Santa Clara, CA; and his siblings, LaVerne (Theresa) and Esther (Jack). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 + (one on the way) great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, many extended family.
