He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Chase and Joesph Chase; and his brother Alan. He is survived by: his wife Verna (Schwartz); his children, Jeff Chase (Jen Cain), Jeni Chase (Rebecca Holcomb), Ashley Jensen (Tom) and Alesha Blom (Scott); and his grandchildren, Brianna, Barron, Madilyn, Caden and Natalie.
