He was predeceased by: his parents, Melinda and Edwin; and his siblings, Richard, Edwin, Michael and Fern.
He is survived by: his wife Sally; his daughters, Annie and Bonnie; his siblings, Elsie, Robert, Linda and Bill; his grandchildren, Janee, Jeremy, John and Kara; his great grandchildren, Annee, Ben, Abigail, Ashlynn, Landon and Chip; his great great grandchild Ayva; his nieces, Kathie and Heather; and his nephew Chad. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
