He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Scott and Sean; his siblings, Cheryl Hunter, Linda, Sandra (Pam), Jennifer, Shelly Tubbesing (Michael), James (Theresa), Dennis, David (Tammy), Steve Levy (Deb) and Robert Levy (Rose); his siblings-in-law, Richard Bialek (Laurie), Stanley Bialek, Lucia Cunningham, Mary Metcalf (Dan), Terri Rogers (Brian) and Casey Jonas (Bob); and his close friend Max. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“Very sorry to hear of Disco Tonys passing,,, even though its been many years,, like maybe 40,, i still remember Tony like it was yesterday, He was the most energetic & happy person & exelleded at being a DJ at North End Depot,, i remember seeing him again later in my years at Roseville schools, & we reminisced about old times,,, You will be very missed.,,, never forgotten!!!
