It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alex Zaluckyj of Hugo, Minnesota, who passed away on December 9, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mychajlo and Kornelia (Pekarska); his wife Tamara; and his siblings, Omelan (Emil), Petro Zaluckyj and Julia Izak.

He is survived by: his daughter Kristina; his siblings, Stefan Zaluckyj, Maria Pylypczak and Ann Shembarger; and his cousin Ukraine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Ukrainian National Museum, Chicago and the Ukrainian Catholic University Foundation.
