With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack E. Forward of Hoyt Lakes, Minnesota, born in Bemidji, Minnesota, who passed away on September 25, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Forward and Martha Forward (Sykes). He is survived by: his former wife Carol Ann Nowak; his wife Bonnie Tschappat; his children, Thomas Forward (Amie) of Hoyt Lakes, Maryanne Rehbein (Anthony) of Chisago City, Julie Kasa (Craig) of Maple Grove, Tonia Nelson (Bruce) of Coon Rapids, Tamra Rindal (Matthew) of Cross Lake, Trent Forward (Bahia) of Dawsonville, GA and Torey Forward (Jennifer) of Grand Forks, ND; and his siblings-in-law, Lonnie Tschappat (Marcia) of Isanti and Connie Tschappat of Coon Rapids. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
