He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Dorn and Barbara Dorn (Klimek); his wife Ginny; his daughter Renee; and his siblings, Joe, Dave, Bernie and Deloris.
He is survived by: his son Steve Dorn (Debbie) of Hoyt Lakes; his grandchildren, Kristine Norberg (Jason), Kayla Dorn and Joe Switajewski (Kristen); his great grandchildren, Zacary, Blake, Ashton and Coral; his brother George Dorn; and his son-in-law Terry Switajewski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
