He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Johnson and Joyce Johnson (Brehmer); and his brother Keith Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bluhm; his siblings, Jean Benson, Norma Sjoberg, Jack Johnson (Dawn) and Gerald Johnson (Joanne); and his sister-in-law Jeanette Johnson. He is also survived by numerous niece, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
