It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Smith (Howard Lake, Minnesota), who passed away on March 29, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis J. Smith to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mlinar and Emily Mlinar; her brothers, Dale (Hjordy), Keith (Jean) and Joseph P. (Joyce); and her nephews, Mark Mlinar and Allyn Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Carol Lehr (Joe Houghton) of Huntingdon Valley, PA, Richard J. Smith of Minneapolis, MN and Janet E. Smith of Fairbanks, AK. She is also survived by 36 nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and countless dear friends.
