He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Blanchette and Florence Blanchette; and his sister Eileen Olcott. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Harold Blanchette Jr (LuAnn) and Darrin Blanchette Sr.; his grandchildren, Daisy Blanchette, Darrin Blanchette Jr (Ariel) and Lilyann Blanchette; his siblings, Virgil Blanchette (Georgiene), Judy Rasmussen (Vern) and RuthAnn Blanchette; his mother-in-law Marie Longfors; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Schultz, Wayne Schultz, Harold Schultz, Marilyn Schultz and Judy Hassenstab.
