She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Gutzke and Susannah Gutzke; and her siblings, Mavis Yager, Lorraine Zander and Albert Gutzke.

She is survived by: her brother Don; her spouse Vergil of Howard Lake; and her children, Larry of Apple Valley, Rob of Isanti, David of Des Moines, Patricia Iten of Bloomington and Cassandra Formo of Brooklyn Park. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
