He is survived by: his wife Terry L. Westphal; his sons, Jeffrey, Anthony (Angela) and Patrick (Angie); his grandchildren, Jacob, Jordan, Jackson, Brady, Leah, Wyatt and Benjamin; and his siblings, David (Jean), Dale (Tunnie), Albert (Marlene), Leo, Michael (Cher), Rose Barberg, Eva Moulton (Royal), Joyce Smith (Herbert), Sue Tapio (John), Shirley Javurek (Martin) and Trudy Clausen (Kelly). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
