He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Bud" Lewison and Harriet Lewison (Brandt). He is survived by: his wife Cardy; his children, Chris (Crystal) and Brandy Lewison (Brant Rubin); his grandchildren, Dalton, Maverick, Lucy and Romy; and his siblings, Rick, Denny (Nancy), Julie Small (Keith), Robbin Small (Darwin), Mike (Sue), Tom (Denise), Patty Allen (Jeff) and Janelle (Earl Moen).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Houston Area Cancer Support Group.
