With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Ann Ehlenfeldt in Houston, Minnesota, born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 3, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Severson and Eloise Severson (Shepardson); her husband Larry Ehlenfeldt; her stepfather Ronald Shepardson; and her brother Tom Severson.
She is survived by: her daughter Heather Benson (Corey); her grandsons, Chase and Cole Benson; her siblings, Rick Severson, Scott Severson (Julie), Jerome Severson, Shawn Shepardson (Annette), Darin Shepardson (Linda), Tarri Kanthack and Carrie Moore; and her siblings-in-law, Sue Severson and David Moore. She is also survived by aunt, and many nieces, nephews, and numerous cousins.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or any charity of your choosing.
