She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Ledebuhr and Adeline Ledebuhr (Rouse); and her brothers-in-law, Ronald Lohse, David Jorde and Donald Radtke.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd Mercer; her children, Kyle Mercer of Winona, Cindi Van Loon (Ron) of La Crescent and Jenell Vogel (Randy) of Winona; her grandchildren, Eric Mercer (Rachel), Michael Mercer (Darcy), Justin Mercer (Janell), Nathan Van Loon (Ashley), Angela Burisek (Keith), Ashley Vogel (Rachel) and Jesse Goerts (Brenda); and her sisters, Cleo Lohse, Mavis Jorde and Cheryl Radtke. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
