He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Lisa Jerviss (Brian) of Hokah, Susan Ridenour of Maryland and Heidi Schaffer (Peter) of Hokah; his grandchildren, Eric Jerviss (Meghann), Luke Jerviss, Chad Ridenour (Jessica Lerch), Spencer Schaffer and Sophie Schaffer; his great grandchildren, Carson, Emmett, Claire and Molly; his siblings, Lois Quillin, Wesley Van Gundy (Dorothy), J. C. Van Gundy (Donna), Robert Van Gundy (Laurel), Allen Van Gundy, Judy Mrachek (Steve) and Larry Van Gundy (Patty); and his sister-in-law Dolores Van Gundy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
