He is survived by: his wife Lori; his sons, Aaron, Alec and Jacob; his mother Susan Kammerer; his sister Nevis Marsh (John); his stepmother Sue'Louise'Francis; his father-in-law George Johnson (Pack); his brother-in-law Todd Johnson (Lesa); and his aunts, Nevis Perry and Catherine Phelps (Wayne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
