He is survived by: his daughter Mackenzie Folstad; his parents, Robert Folstad Sr. and Mary Folstad; his sisters, Jennifer Folstad and Julie George; his brother-in-law Mike; his nephew Nathan George; his girlfriend Nancy Marino; and his friend Al Michaud. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
