She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ernst and Mary Ernst (Westphal); and her sons-in-law, Richard Ling and Terry Hess. She is survived by: her husband Ivan Otting; her daughters, Sharon, Sandra and Linda; and her sisters, Sandra Hess of Hutchinson, MN and Linda Skoglund (Ken) of Maple Grove, MN. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great - grandchildren and one great-great - grandson.
