She is survived by: her husband Bob Folstad; her daughters, Jennifer Folstad and Julie George (Mike); her grandchildren, Mackenzie and Nathan; and her siblings, Terry Lease, Jim (Doris), Bruce (Gail), Brad (Lori) and Mark Howard (Nancy).

Memorials preferred to the Alzheimer's Association.
