He is survived by: his children, Peter Steichen, Thomas Steichen and Elizabeth Steichen-Lowery (Dolly); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Patrick Jr., Andrew, John, Alex, Jessica, Christian, Cole and Elleann; and his sisters, Barb Berens and Florence Steichen.
